About our author

I’m Cory, the CEO of Shoelace, a digital ad agency that has managed hundreds of client accounts and over $250M in ad spend.

I have worked with both brands and agencies, boutique and corporate, and have played a functional role in founding, scaling, and selling many businesses. In addition to the fun work stuff, I also have an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and a Business Strategy certificate from Harvard.

With all of that, there have been a lot of important lessons and learnings, and there’s nothing more rewarding than sharing that knowledge with others. This newsletter is where I do just that.
